Inspect the cable for any abnormalities. If seen, discontinue use and contact support. If nothing appears to be wrong with the cable, check the power source and see if it can charge other devices. A 5V and 1A rated USB power adapter is recommended.

Press and hold the '+' button until the green light flashes. This indicates the unit is now on.

Sensor may be obstructed, too close to an object, or affected by light.
1. Clean the sensor window area with a damp cloth. Wipe area immediately with a clean, dry cloth and try again.
2. Check that the area underneath the soap pump is clear. A ledge, sponge, or other items on the counter surface may be triggering the sensor.
3. Move the pump to a location with less intense lighting and try again. Light may be interfering with sensor.

Charge the sensor pump using the included USB cable until green light remains solidly lit.

1. Soaps with exfoliants or moisturizing beads are not compatible with our sensor pump. Thick soaps or lotions will require the sensor pump to be set at a higher setting in order to dispense enough product. Press the '+' button to increase the setting and try again.
2. Soap residue may have sealed the valve. Try gently flicking the tip of the rubber valve to break the seal and allow air flow or clean the valve of any soap residue using a damp cloth and try again. Press and hold the '+' button until soap starts to come out.

Press the '-' button at the top of the pump to reduce dispense volume.
